We charge £50 an hour for the hire of our function room. This includes no other extras i.e food or drink.

Depending on the event we may waiver the fee or reduce it.

Please note we do not allow any outside catering on the premises except for celebration cakes/cupcakes.

For meetings we charge the standard room fee. For an extra £10 we can supply pens & pads for the group. We also have a TV & which can be connected to a laptop & used for presentations or slideshows.

Seating can be arranged according to preference.

One large table can seat 14

Two separate tables can seat 24

Classroom style seating can hold 14

U shaped table can seat 16

For buffets we waive the room hire fee if there are more than 25 guests. When there are less than 25 guests we will charge £100 fee for 5 hours.

5 options is £13.95 per head & 7 options is £15.95 per head. For children we can offer half price per head.

Nelsons room can hold up to 35 adults for a buffet. We usually leave two tables for seating (8-10 spaces) with three tables for the buffet food against the wall.

Tables & seating can be arranged according to personal preference.

Regarding decorations for events, we are happy to allow you to bring your own decorations and decorate the room how you would like.

We also offer decoration packages which include full set up as well.

Packages can be personalised & amended to suit any budget.

For sit down meals we have a room fee of £50 for the afternoon/evening.

For tables under 10 guests we charge £75 for the afternoon/evening.
